TRANSFORMING THE WAY CONSUMERS VIEW ONE OF THE WORLD’S MOST SUCCESSFUL BRANDS

SCOPE OF WORK
• Retail Space Graphics
• Conference Branding

McDonald’s over the past seven years have been working on a massive reimaging program that will eventually see hundreds of restaurants – both nationally and internationally – transformed from hard, plastic, serviceable environments into softly lit, comfortable spaces.

The reimaging program, driven largely from Australia, and involving several leading Australian design firms and suppliers, represents just one component of a worldwide revitalisation program ‘Forever Young’ that aims to revive the brand.

deMasijones started work with McDonald’s Australia Ltd seven years ago when we where commissioned by the then Development Director – Design, Anne Love, to produce a catalogue of ‘mood’ graphics based on a range of themes and strategic objectives to support the new store redesigns.

The graphics had to be unique to McDonald’s as well as engaging to their audience, most importantly, the graphics had to act as a visual extension to the work of Interior Architects and Designers working on the revitalisation project.

‘deMasijones were instrumental in developing outstanding creative and systems for the application of our restaurant graphics during our ‘Forever Young’ rebrand.’
